Coronavirus Covid-19 Safety for Guests
In order to keep guests and staff safe we are operating a remote check-in and check-out.
Check-in is between 3pm - 6pm - Once parked we ask guests to call us on 01798 342346 and we will direct you to your room.
We have now opened The Waiting Room, with a greatly reduced capacity to enable social distancing. Masks must be worn unless seated at your table and breakfast times will be staggered for everyone's safety.
All food and drink can be delivered to your room for your safety.
Our on-board picnic breakfast will be brought to you in your room, which you can eat on the platform if you wish.
You can also pre-order a full Afternoon Tea or a Cream Tea or drinks on arrival.
A Full Afternoon tea requires 24 hours notice. It includes; a selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes.
Cream Teas, wine, Prosecco, Beer & champagne can be order on the day and delivered to you in your carriage up until 6.30pm
Track and Trace
From 24th September we will be displaying the track and trace QR code and politely ask guest to scan the code upon arrival. We will also take your details for our records which will all be kept under GDPR guidelines.
All our staff wear appropriate PPE and have been asked to maintain a safe 2 metre distance from guests. Staff will only enter a guest room in an emergency once a guest has checked in. All staff sanitize and follow a strict cleaning and hygiene policy.
Rooms will be deep cleaned between each guest, and we will no longer be able to offer a daily clean. Towel changes and items can be replenished every day, but staff will not enter your rooms whilst you are staying. Cleaning products and fresh linen can also be provided if required for stays of over 3 nights.
Check-out is no later than 11am - we cannot offer a later check-out as we need time to deep clean the rooms between each guest.
